Sometimes it means they drop off a table and a jug. So it is worth saying plainly what happens when you book us, because the reason most people call is not lemonade. It is that they are already holding twelve other things and want one of them handled by somebody else. Here is the whole arc of an event from our side. ## Before the day We ask about your guest count, your timeline, and where the stand can live. That last one matters more than people expect. A lemonade bar in the wrong corner creates a line that cuts through the room, and nobody notices until it is happening. We would rather sort that out on a phone call than discover it while your guests are arriving. We also build the flavor menu with you. Some hosts want the classic and one signature. Some want four flavors because they have a crowd with strong opinions. Both are fine. What we push back on gently is picking flavors nobody at your event actually drinks, which happens more than you would think when somebody is choosing from a list instead of thinking about their guests. ## Setup Our [full service](/services) starts before you see us. We arrive early enough to be finished before your first guest, not finished at the same time. Our crew brings the stand, the fruit, the ice, the cups, the signage, and everything needed to run service. You do not supply anything. The fruit gets squeezed on site. That is not a flourish, it is how the product works, and it means our setup includes actual prep time rather than just unloading. If you have ever watched somebody pour lemonade out of a jug they filled at seven in the morning, you already know why we do it the other way. ## Service Our staff runs the bar for the length of your event. They pour, they restock, they keep the area clean, and they talk to your guests. That last part is not nothing. The person behind the stand is one of the faces of your event, and we staff accordingly. Volume is handled on our end. If you have three hundred people and a two hour window, that is a different setup than fifty people over an afternoon, and we size the crew and the equipment to match. You should never be watching the line and doing math. ## Cleanup We break the stand down and take everything with us. The area is left the way we found it. There is no crate of sticky equipment waiting for you in the morning, and no conversation with your venue about who is dealing with what. This is usually the part hosts forget to ask about, and it is the part they thank us for afterward. The end of an event is when everyone is tired, and having one fewer thing on that list is worth more than it sounds at three in the afternoon when you are booking. ## What it means for you The practical version is this. You tell us the date, the place, and roughly how many people. We show up, run it, and leave. On the day itself, your involvement is optional, and most hosts end up with a glass in their hand watching their own party, which is the entire point.
