Terms & Conditions

A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event. We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. Custom branding (cups, signage) requires a minimum 4-week lead time.

• 1 week or more before the event — Full refund minus the 20% non-refundable booking fee.
• Less than 1 week before the event — No refund will be issued. However, we will honor your booking and give you up to 1 year to reschedule your event at no additional cost.

We serve the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles. Events beyond 50 miles incur a $1 per mile travel fee.

All bookings include full-service setup, service during your event, and cleanup afterward. We are fully self-contained and do not require electricity or water at the venue. We serve rain or shine — if weather is a concern, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any location or date adjustments.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and invoicing for corporate clients.

All of our fresh-squeezed lemonades and limeades are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. We use real lemons, cane sugar, and premium fruit purées.

Pop Up Concessions LLC dba Boo Boo's Lemonade shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event in question.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
