How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to secure your date. For custom branding (cups, signage), a minimum 4-week lead time is required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date. If you cancel 1 week or more before your event, you'll receive a full refund minus the booking fee. For cancellations less than 1 week out, we cannot offer a refund, but we'll honor the event and give you up to 1 year to reschedule.

What's included in the price, and are there extra fees?

Every package includes lemonade, cups, ice, staffing, setup, service, and cleanup. The only additional fees are delivery (quoted based on distance from Frisco) and a 20% service charge. Full tier-by-tier details are on our catering pricing page.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex from our kitchen at Frisco Fresh Market. Delivery is quoted based on distance from Frisco, and events well outside the metroplex require a custom delivery quote.

Can I customize cups or branding?

Yes! We offer custom branding with stickers on cups, and branded lemonade bars for corporate events. A minimum 4-week lead time is needed for design, approval, printing, and application. Additional charges apply.

Can I try the lemonade before booking?

We don't offer private tastings, but you can visit us at the Frisco Fresh Market or Dallas Farmers Market every Saturday and Sunday to sample our lemonades and limeades.

Do you need electricity or water at the venue?

No! We are fully self-contained and can serve at both indoor and outdoor venues.

What if it rains on my event day?

For paid catering, we serve rain or shine. If weather is a concern, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if any adjustments to location or date are needed.

How much space do you need for setup?

We need a minimum of 10x10 ft of space for our standard service setup. For smaller groups we can adapt to tighter spaces — just let us know your venue constraints and we'll make it work.

How long is service, and can you stay longer?

Our standard service is 3 hours, and we can absolutely extend beyond that. Additional hours incur extra charges — just share your timeline and we'll include it in your quote.

What is the difference between Squeezologists and Slingers?

Squeezologists make lemonades fresh, made to order on site for an interactive experience. Slingers pour pre-batched lemonade for faster, high-volume service.

Are your lemonades allergen-friendly?

Yes! Our fresh-squeezed lemonades and limeades are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. We use real lemons, limes, cane sugar, and premium fruit purees.
